This year many things worked very well, like finding new QTCs and Mults on the 2nd radio. There were more QTCs available than ever before! My portable 2R-station worked perfectly, not sure what to improve here. On the downside station setup was late as usual on Friday evening, so there was only time for a short nap after a busy week. DL6FBL (@DR1A) seemed to knock down anybody else when he dropped his call into the DX pileups. So yesterday one of the locals asked what kind of hardware upgrade would be required to get us anywhere close. I think I answered something like "5 more towers and 10 monobanders" - check out their M/M website ;-) Good job, anyway. Whatever scores will be showing up I thoroughly enjoyed to be part of the game and I hope this fine station will be fired up again for the next one! Congrats also to IR4X (IZ3EYZ) for being back and turning in a very good effort. 73 & TNX for the QTCs, Stefan DL1IAO@contesting.com http://www.dl1iao.com
